How will you make an impact?

 

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective account-based sales strategies, working with the marketing and partner teams to identify target accounts and strategies to engage
  • Client Acquisition: understand the client environment, develop relationships and business priorities & manage deals to close.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within targeted accounts. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and recommending solutions that add value.
  • Market Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes. Use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and product enhancements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing functions to develop collateral and case studies that effectively communicate the value of our solutions. Ensure that client feedback is relayed to the product development teams to help shape future enhancements. Partner with account teams to leverage and build on existing relationships & capabilities.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, client feedback, and market dynamics to senior management. Use CRM systems to track client engagements and sales progress effectively.

 

 

 

The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team:

  • QT is driven by the realisation of benefits for our customers, identifying opportunity and using the product and consulting capabilities to solve business problems. As such, you will need to be commercially literate & numerate, understanding internal and customer stakeholder targets, and crafting solutions to deliver benefit
  • A proven track record in complex sales, specifically with data / API solutions or financial technology products
  • A history of selling into large enterprise and government clients, understanding and solving the complexity required to close enterprise deals
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to manage sales cycles end-to-end.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
