As an Executive Manager, Growth, you'll be at the intersection of strategy, business development, and analytics innovation. How You'll Create Impact

Develop and execute the Growth vertical strategy, translating Quantium's vision into actionable business development plans

Market Expansion & Innovation: Identify, evaluate and capture high-value business opportunities across new partnerships, sectors and offerings

Commercial Pipeline Development: Drive end-to-end business development from lead generation through proposal development to deal closure

Executive Client Engagement: Lead early-stage client opportunities, including POCs and strategy projects, establishing senior-level relationships

Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with technical and product teams to align Quantium's advanced capabilities with market-driven growth strategies

Required Experience and Capabilities

10+ years in management consulting with significant experience in business transformation, preferably at top-tier consulting firm

Demonstrated track record in BD/sales or sales support, with proven ability to identify opportunities, develop compelling value propositions, and close deals

Understanding of analytics/data science applications in business contexts, with experience overseeing analytics-driven projects or initiatives

Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C-suite executives and leading client-facing teams

Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable solutions

Exceptional analysis skills, business case development expertise, and project management capabilities
