Our HR Business Partnering team come from various industry backgrounds and have a diverse mix of superpowers. We’re a team who love to roll up our sleeves, demonstrate curiosity and commitment to knowing our business, partnering closely with our key stakeholders, vertical leaders and centre of excellence P&C teams to drive high performance.

 

How will you make an impact?

 

As our HRBP (Lead), you'll get to work on some great projects that have a real impact;

 

  • Design and deliver people initiatives for your vertical that help us grow as a company and become a home for the best AI and data analytics talent.
  • Coach and advise people leaders on building a high performing, diverse and inclusive teams, leading change, performance management and workplace investigations as required.
  • Partner with our Talent team and people leaders to build capability and ensure quality outcomes from our signature people processes such as goal setting, development planning, promotions, and end of year review.
  • Lead quarterly insights and action planning from our listening strategy (including people engagement, onboarding, exit surveys) for your vertical.
  • Take the lead on continuous improvement initiatives aligned to our People & Culture strategy including becoming AI powered in everything we do to drive innovation, efficiencies and enhance the Quantium Experience.

 

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:

 

  • 6+ years of HR expertise in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong drive for results and action orientation with a reputation for being a proactive and pragmatic coach to people leaders.
  • Experience in handling ER issues, conducting investigations, and managing organisational redesign (including knowledge and application of relevant legislation).
  • A track record of designing and delivering impactful people initiatives.
  • The ability to use data and analytics to create a business case for change, track progress and inform action planning.
  • Facilitation skills to deliver team workshops and front-line leader capability content as required.
  • Ability to build trusting partnerships with stakeholders up to the Executive level.
  • Comfort operating in complexity and ambiguity.
  • A curious, solutions-focused mindset with great critical thinking skills.
