Role summary 
 

The role sits within our driven, passionate, and collaborative FMCG team. In this role, you will engage with suppliers to understand their needs and provide data-led insights and recommendations to key business questions around topics such as promotions, category, range, marketing, market trends, and overall strategy.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our early successes and the culture that we are creating as we break new ground in the US.
 

How will you make an impact?
 

  • Embedding Quantium products with clients to further support data-led decision making
  • Creating tangible value for clients by working on their most important problems, understanding what great looks like for them, and measuring and communicating outcomes
  • Using a trusted advisor approach, upsell and cross-sell projects and products to new and existing clients
  • Juggling multiple project requirements, including both completing the analytical work yourself and coordinating cross-functionally to bring the best of Quantium to our clients
  • People management and leadership of a small team: removing roadblocks, managing career conversations and championing your teams' career progression within Quantium
  • Contribute to a high-performing, learning-focused, positive and engaged culture

 
The superpowers you will bring to the team: 

 

  • Approximately 7+ years of experience in a role where you are leveraging data to generate insights that solve business problems
  • Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role either agency side or within an FMCG / supermarket business in buying, sales, marketing, or an account management-related role
  • A flair for relationship management, an analytical mind and a curiosity for understanding customer behaviour
  • Knowledge and experience interpreting large quantitative data sets (e.g. customer and shopper data) and deriving relevant insights to solve commercial problems
  • Team leadership / mentoring experience
  • A commercial mindset
  • Excellent client leadership capability and confident presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and regularly changing environment, juggling multiple stakeholders and projects
  • You enjoy collaborating within a supportive and high performing environment
