The Opportunity

As our Executive Manager, AI Executive Programs, you'll lead our flagship AI education programs, while building new ways to help senior leaders turn AI possibilities into business reality. This role combines deep learning expertise with strategic vision to position Quantium as the trusted partner in enterprise AI transformation. This is a hands-on role where strategy meets delivery - you'll shape the vision and roll up your sleeves to make it happen.

How will you make an impact?

• Take full ownership of our flagship educational programs from concept to delivery - everything from program design and content development to running sessions
• Create compelling content that helps C-suite executives see beyond the hype to real business applications
• Continuously evolve our offerings based on the rapidly changing GenAI landscape and client needs

Required Experience:

• Track record across 8-10 years of creating and delivering programs for senior executives, ideally in digital transformation or emerging tech
• Strong commercial instincts - you understand what makes executives tick and how to engage them
• Solid grasp of generative AI and where it's heading for business
• Experience juggling multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
