The Opportunity

As Executive Manager, AI Client Capability, you'll design and deliver transformative AI education programs for C-suite executives and boards across our global client base. This role combines deep learning expertise with strategic vision to position Quantium as the trusted partner in enterprise AI transformation.

How will you make an impact?

• Design and scale executive AI education programs (Exec Edge, Board Edge) that drive measurable adoption and literacy at C-suite level
• Create industry-specific AI capability frameworks and learning journeys that accelerate organizational transformation
• Build and manage a network of expert facilitators while establishing program effectiveness metrics
• Develop thought leadership content that strengthens Quantium's market position in AI education

• Learning Architect: Crafts immersive executive education experiences that transform complex AI concepts into actionable business insights
• Strategic Navigator: Identifies high-impact opportunities to accelerate AI adoption across industries while measuring and scaling program success

• Relationship Maestro: Builds trusted partnerships with C-suite stakeholders and expert facilitators to drive organizational transformation through education

Required Experience:

• 10+ years in learning design and delivery, preferably in technology/AI
• Proven track record in executive education program development
• Experience translating complex technical concepts for business audiences
• Strategic problem-solving capabilities with collaborative leadership style
