How will you make an impact?
- Strategic Vision & Leadership: Shape and execute the strategic direction for our Banking practice, identifying new growth opportunities and driving innovation in our solutions and services.
- Client Success: Lead the delivery of analytical solutions, ensuring impactful outcomes by partnering closely with our key banking clients.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of excellence, ambition and growth, providing mentorship and leadership to develop our local talent
The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:
- Banking Domain Expertise: Deep financial services knowledge, particularly in retail or commercial banking and customer analytics, with 8+ years of experience
- Strategic Business Development: Proven track record of identifying and converting opportunities, with experience managing client-suite stakeholder relationships
- Technical Leadership: Strong technical literacy in modern data platforms and AI/ML applications, with the ability to translate complex solutions into tangible business value for senior audiences
- People Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and mentor high-performing analytics teams, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a collaborative culture
- Commercial Acumen: Experience in business case development and executive level discussions, with a history of driving growth
- Change Ambition: Comfort with ambiguity and high resilience, with a healthy ambition to bring impactful change
