We're seeking a skilled and adaptable Barista & Hospitality Support Assistant to join our corporate hospitality team. This role combines professional barista services with broader hospitality support, creating an engaging workplace experience for our employees and visitors.

How will you make an impact?

As our Barista & Hospitality Support Assistant, you'll play an essential role in:

Creating a Welcoming Environment:

• Crafting exceptional coffee experiences using professional equipment
• Maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere in our kitchen and service areas
• Contributing to our workplace culture where we "move fast with care"

Managing Daily Operations:

• Opening procedures including equipment setup and preparation
• Inventory management of beverages, snacks, and coffee supplies
• Kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
• Supporting reception and administrative functions during quieter periods

Maintaining Excellence:

• Ensuring consistent quality in beverage preparation
• Upholding high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Contributing to the smooth operation of our hospitality services

Your regular schedule will be Tuesday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. We value reliability during these core hours when our office is busiest. There may be opportunities to work extended hours (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM) to cover staff leave, offering both stability and flexibility in your work schedule.
