We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Engineer to take ownership of our evolution towards a lightweight, versatile, modern DevOps ecosystem. Our ideal candidate will progress rapidly into a leadership role, taking ownership of the platform practice for Quantiums’ largest engineering vertical. You will be supported by our most senior technical talent, have the freedom to work with new technologies, and full autonomy to make this space your own.

Quantium Retail are the industry leaders for analytics and data products for some of the worlds’ largest retailers (e.g. Woolworths). Our Retail Engineering team builds the products that bring these insights to market. Join us as we enter our hypergrowth chapter, driven by the latest generative AI technology.

How will you make an impact?
 

• Design and implement cloud-native infrastructure and platform solutions
• Lead infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipeline development
• Ensure platform security, reliability, and performance
• Drive cost optimization and cloud efficiency initiatives
• Champion SRE practices and developer experience improvements
• Build and maintain internal developer tools
• Lead incident response and system reliability improvements
• Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional customer value
• Mentor graduates and junior developers, and contribute to team growth
• Drive innovation and technical evolution of our platforms
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
