As a Senior Payroll Officer in our global payroll team, you'll be instrumental in managing payroll operations across the UK, US, and South Africa. This key role sits within our Group Services division, working closely with our international teams to ensure seamless payroll delivery for our growing global workforce. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's focused on delivering excellence in payroll services while supporting Quantium's continued global expansion.

How will you make an impact?

• Global Payroll Leadership: Own and deliver end-to-end payroll processing across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all payroll activities
• Process Excellence: Drive efficient global payroll operations through expert use of payroll systems, maintaining pristine data accuracy and system integrity across multiple regions
• International Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact for all payroll-related queries in the regions you support, building strong relationships with employees and external providers
• Multi-region Compliance: Ensure adherence to payroll regulations across the UK, US, and South African markets, including tax, pension, leaves, and other country-specific legislation and requirements

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:

• Global Payroll Expertise: 5+ years' experience managing multi-country payroll operations with comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end processes across different regions
• Systems Proficiency: Strong experience with global payroll systems and third-party providers. Advanced Excel skills and ability to maintain accurate records
• Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of payroll regulations, tax, pensions, and statutory requirements across markets
• Communication Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information and communicate complex payroll matters clearly
• Global Process Management: Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines while maintaining accuracy across multiple payroll cycles and regions
