Role summary

The People Experience (PX) Coordinator works in a varied and fast paced environment running administration across a variety of disciplines across the HR function. This position is the coalface to our employees and candidates, delivering an outstanding experience across the employee lifecycle or for those candidates interviewing with Quantium.

This is a fantastic role for someone who loves HR operations and administration, has an acute eye for detail and is proactive with data administration. The successful incumbent will have solid problem identification and solving abilities, stakeholder management skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the accuracy, input and maintenance of employee data including onboarding, changes and offboarding.
  • Assigning workflows and contracts to ensure all stakeholders are informed across the employee lifecycle stages,
  • Supporting the PX team with end-to-end employee life cycle for level 1 queries
  • Responding to a high volume of employee queries across a variety of topics.
  • Accountable for onboarding and offboarding activities for more than 200 people per year including contract review and compliance, background checks, system access, exit surveys
  • Supporting ad hoc administration across the P&C team
  • Production of regular and ad hoc reports
  • Continuous focus on implementation of processes improvement and customer experience
  • HR projects and other administrative support as required

 

Experience and education required

  • 3+ years working in a fast paced global administration role
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a high pace environment
  • Great people and communication skills
  • Prior experience with an online ticketing, HRIS.
  • Experience operating successfully in an agile and often ambiguous environment
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities to required deadlines
  • Sound analytical and reporting skills
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Comfortable dealing with highly confidential information
