Our Consumer practice focuses on partnering with leading CPG companies and brands to harness the power of customer data and analytics to drive transformational outcomes. How will you make an impact?
As a Senior Customer Insights Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to our key consumer clients, providing analytical solutions that drive meaningful commercial outcomes. You'll build and maintain positive relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring Q.Checkout and customer data assets are positioned at the center of decision making. By translating complex data into compelling stories, you'll deliver tangible commercial value and help stakeholders understand the power of customer analytics.
Working closely with clients, you'll:
- Scope and deliver projects that embed customer insights into clients' decision-making processes
- Manage multiple complex project requirements and coordinate cross-functionally to bring 'the best of Quantium' to our clients
- Participate in discovery efforts to understand existing workflows and identify where customer insights can drive the most value
- Manage a portfolio of clients that may range from small and medium-sized to playing a lead role with large clients
You'll also begin your journey into leadership by providing coaching and mentoring to other team members,, championing their career progression within Quantium.
The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:

Industry Experience: 5+ years' experience within a related role leveraging data to generate insights that solve business problems

Consumer Knowledge: Experience working with CPG companies in sales, marketing, category management, or insights generation roles (consulting experience delivering analytical solutions within a Consumer context is also valued)

Analytical Proficiency: Strong knowledge and experience interpreting large quantitative data sets (e.g., customer and shopper data) to derive insights that solve commercial problems

Commercial Acumen: A strong business development mindset with the ability to understand business needs and suggest commercial impacts of different analytics solutions

Communication Skills: Excellent client leadership capability and confident presentation skills with the ability to translate complex analytics into clear recommendations

Agile Performer: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and regularly changing environment, juggling multiple stakeholders and projects
