How will you make an impact?  

• Transform resource allocation strategies by partnering with business leaders across multiple teams, optimising utilisation while maintaining focus on strategic priorities.
• Build influential stakeholder relationships to drive resource decisions that balance business outcomes with talent development opportunities.
• Lead data-driven prioritisation forums where your analysis of utilisation, demand, and pipeline planning will shape critical business decisions.
• Design and implement innovative resourcing processes, including AI-powered automation solutions that enhance visibility across our global operations.

• Resource orchestration expertise: Your established experience in resource management or workforce planning (ideally in professional services) enables you to masterfully balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on strategic outcomes.
• Data-driven decision making: Your advanced Excel skills and proficiency with visualisation tools like Power BI and Tableau transform complex data into actionable insights that drive resource optimisation.
