We're seeking a data-savvy Remuneration & People Insights specialist to transform HR data into strategic intelligence. You'll design innovative reward frameworks while partnering with executives to inform key decisions. Using AI-powered analytics, you'll revolutionise our approach to compensation through smart visualisations and predictive insights. How will you make an impact?

  • Revolutionise remuneration insights using AI-powered visualisations that tell compelling stories to senior leaders.
  • Lead market-defining pay equity reviews to ensure Quantium's competitive and fair remuneration practices.
  • Design innovative frameworks using AI to balance market competitiveness with internal equity, creating a talent magnet workplace.
  • Transform complex HR data through AI-enhanced analytics into simple, powerful narratives that influence executive decisions.

 

The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team:

  • Technical expertise: Strong skills with HR systems, SQL and data visualisation tools to transform complex information into strategic insights.
  • Remuneration expertise: 5+ years in HR analytics with experience managing end-to-end annual remuneration reviews.
  • Communication brilliance: Exceptional ability to translate data into compelling narratives that influence executive decisions.
  • AI curiosity: Eagerness to explore how AI can enhance remuneration practices, with a growth mindset to learn and apply emerging technologies.
  • Stakeholder finesse: Excellence in managing cross-functional relationships with confidence and discretion.
