  • Business development: upsell and cross sell projects and products to new and existing FMCG clients by actively building industry relationships, understanding client needs in detail and being willing to go the extra mile to create value for our client businesses
  • Project delivery: able to juggle multiple complex project requirements, including both completing the analytical work yourself and leading cross-functional teams to bring ‘the best of Quantium’ to our clients
  • Culture: contribute to a high-performing, dynamic and engaged culture with your creative ideas, knowledge and desire to make an impact
  • People management and leadership for ~1-4 direct reports: providing technical support, managing career conversations and championing your teams career progression within Quantium

Experience and education required

  • Approximately 8+ years of experience within a related role leveraging data to generate insights that solve business problems
  • Ideally, you will have experience within an FMCG / retail business in a buying, sales, category or an account management-related role
  • We will also consider candidates with similar experience in a consulting environment, delivering analytical solutions within an FMCG context
