Role summary
As the Melbourne office's onsite IT Support Representative, you'll provide hands-on technical assistance while serving as the critical bridge between local users and our global IT team. You'll manage Melbourne's support workflow, facilitate better understanding between technical and non-technical staff, standardise support processes, and ensure timely communication while proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
How will you make an impact?
- Serve as Melbourne's dedicated onsite IT support contact
- Manage local IT support workflow for efficient issue resolution
- Bridge communication between users and global IT team
- Keep users informed while escalating issues appropriately
- Implement standardised support procedures across locations
- Deliver exceptional customer service through multiple channels
- Maintain Melbourne office IT equipment and infrastructure
- Process employee technology onboarding and offboarding
- Manage hardware assets and contribute to global ticket queue
- Document support issues and help improve service delivery KPI
The superpowers you will bring to the team:
- 2+ years of IT service desk or IT support experience
- Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Apple devices installation, configuration, and administration
- Jira ServiceDesk, or other ITSM toolset
- Active Directory administration
- Office 365 administration
- Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge
- Asset management and tracking
