The Lead, Graduate Recruitment owns and drives the end-to-end global graduate recruitment strategy across Australia, India, the UK and South Africa. This role requires strategic vision, cross-functional influence, and hands-on execution to attract, select and retain top-tier graduate talent in AI, data science, analytics, and engineering. You will shape our global recruitment strategy whilst building influential partnerships with colleagues across our international locations to elevate our talent brand, execute recruitment campaigns and collaborate on 'keep warm' programs.

How will you make an impact?

• Strategic leadership: Own and lead Quantium's global graduate recruitment strategy, presenting location-based hiring plans to Executives and securing buy-in for implementation across four key markets
• Brand ambassador: Serve as Quantium's primary senior brand ambassador across university campuses and graduate communities, representing the company at career fairs and university events
• Campus partnerships: Lead and manage on campus strategy including campus presence, society sponsorships and events, and partnerships with faculty, careers services, and graduate platforms
• Innovation champion: Lead integration of AI tools and strategies into graduate recruitment processes, serving as an innovation champion to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
• Data-driven insights: Track and analyse recruitment metrics including application volumes, conversion rates, quality of hire, and diversity metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:

• Recruitment expertise: Proven experience working the full graduate recruitment lifecycle with strong understanding of graduate job markets and early career expectations
• Strategic influence: Experience in stakeholder management up to Executive/C-suite level with ability to influence without direct authority
• Technology savvy: Experience with applicant tracking systems, assessment vendors and recruitment technologies, with demonstrated interest in AI and ability to drive innovation
• Data-driven approach: Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with commercial acumen and budget management experience
• Global mindset: Experience managing complex projects across multiple geographical regions and navigating cultural differences is highly desirable
• Communication excellence: Excellent communication, presentation and event management skills with ability to serve as a compelling brand ambassador
