How will you make an impact?

As our HR Business Partner (Lead), you'll be at the forefront of transforming how we work through AI-powered people solutions:

• AI-powered people initiatives: Design and deliver cutting-edge people initiatives that leverage AI and GenAI tools to enhance the employee experience, streamline processes, and drive data-driven decision making across your verticals
• Strategic coaching: Coach and advise people leaders on building high-performing, diverse and inclusive teams, leading change, performance management and workplace investigations as required
• Signature people processes: Partner with our Talent team and people leaders to build capability and ensure quality outcomes from our signature people processes such as goal setting, development planning, promotions, and end of year reviews
• Culture transformation: Champion an AI-first mindset across the organization, role modeling how GenAI tools can transform traditional HR practices and drive continuous improvement

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:

• HR expertise: 6+ years of HR experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a proven track record of designing impactful people initiatives
• AI curiosity: Genuine interest and foundational knowledge in AI capabilities, with experience using GenAI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to enhance work efficiency and innovation in HR practices
• Tech-forward approach: Experience with AI-native systems, HR technology platforms, and using data analytics to create business cases for change and inform strategic decisions
• People development: Strong coaching and facilitation skills with the ability to build leader capability and conduct workplace investigations as required
• Strategic partnership: Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders up to Executive level, operating confidently in complexity and ambiguity
• Solutions mindset: Curious, innovative approach to problem-solving with experience leading organizational change and culture transformation initiatives
