As a Senior, Group Strategy,  you'll be at the forefront of shaping how AI transforms industries. Drawing on your strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management, and communication skills, you will work directly with our executive team to architect the commercial blueprint for our AI-native future. This role combines determining which AI products to build, which consulting offerings to productise, and which growth vectors will accelerate our expansion.

Working closely with the COO, Group Executives, and leaders across the business, you'll translate our AI transformation priorities into scalable commercial opportunities. This position offers exceptional impact for professionals from top-tier consulting backgrounds who combine strategic acumen with practical execution capabilities.

 

How You'll Create Impact

  • Drive AI product commercialisation: Develop the commercial strategy for our AI-native product portfolio, designing innovative pricing models, marketplace distribution strategies, and go-to-market approaches that capture maximum value
  • Transform consulting IP into scalable products: Lead the productisation of our AI transformation methodologies, converting 23 years of domain expertise and consulting frameworks into repeatable, technology-enabled offerings that can be deployed globally at scale
  • Identify and execute growth vectors: Evaluate and recommend strategic expansion opportunities across geographies (US, UK markets), industry adjacencies, and capability domains, while assessing potential partnerships and M&A targets in emerging AI spaces
  • Shape Quantium's AI strategy: Work directly with Group Executives to drive our strategic planning process, synthesising market dynamics and AI trends into actionable strategies that position Quantium as the trusted AI partner for enterprise transformation

Required Experience And Capabilities

  • 2-4 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm at analyst level (Senior Business Analyst, Senior Associate, Junior Engagement Manager)
  • Ability to influence broad set of senior stakeholders to support strategic planning processes, including gathering inputs, conducting analysis, performing external research, prioritising, and structuring outputs
  • Comfort quickly developing insights in different industries through structuring ambiguous problems
  • Exposure to advanced analytics, machine learning, tech and AI preferred
  • Top-down communicator who can synthesise complex information from broad set of stakeholders to drive decisions and actions
  • Experience with commercial strategy, product development, or go-to-market planning in technology sectors
  • Curious and self-motivated, with passion for challenging the status quo and driving positive change
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, or related field
