As a Data Scientist in our US team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge data science solutions that drive measurable business value for our clients. This role combines strong technical analytical capabilities with client-facing skills, requiring an AI-native mindset to translate complex business problems into actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. You'll work directly with clients to understand their challenges, develop innovative analytical approaches leveraging both traditional analytics and generative AI technologies, and communicate findings in compelling and accessible ways.

How will you make an impact?

• Client solutions: Deliver high-quality data science projects that address specific business challenges and drive measurable outcomes for our diverse client portfolio
• AI innovation: Explore and apply emerging AI technologies including large language models, computer vision, and other generative AI approaches to create innovative client solutions
• Technical excellence: Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and AI solutions using AI-assisted development approaches
• Trusted advisor: Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through professional service delivery and proactive communication
• Continuous learning: Stay current with the latest developments in AI and data science, demonstrating curiosity and initiative in exploring new technologies

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field
• 1-3 years of experience in data science or analytics, with strong skills in Python, R, or SQL and cloud-based analytics platforms
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot) in any capacity - whether through professional work, personal projects, or self-directed learning
• Enthusiasm for exploring large language models and AI development frameworks, with any level of hands-on experience welcomed
• Comfortable in client-facing roles with ability to translate technical findings to non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
