Our Banking practice partners with leading financial institutions to drive transformative outcomes through advanced analytics and AI solutions. In South Africa, we're at the forefront of innovation in the banking sector, delivering high-impact solutions that help our clients navigate complex challenges and capture new opportunities in the market.

As a Senior Analyst in our Banking vertical, you'll apply cutting-edge analytics to solve real-world problems that impact millions of customers. You'll work closely with financial institutions to consult with stakeholders and develop data-driven solutions whilst exploring emerging opportunities in AI to drive future innovation.

How will you make an impact?

• Analytics delivery: Own and deliver high-quality analytics for multiple projects within our Banking vertical, driving success of key initiatives that create real-world impact
• Technical execution: Deliver comprehensive analytics processes, from scoping and data quality assessment to method selection, design & application, ensuring impactful results for financial services clients
• Customer centric: Develop meaningful solutions based on a deep understanding of banking clients' objectives and challenges 
• Foster high performance: Share your knowledge, coach and develop team members to further our collaborative and growth-oriented environment

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:

• Technical proficiency: 5+ years' experience in a technical analytics environment, carrying out data analytics or data science work, and coding/modelling with SQL or Python
• Consultative approach: Experience building trusted relationships with stakeholders and gaining in-depth understanding of their objectives, to develop relevant solutions that solve complex problems
• Commercial acumen: Ability to understand business needs and consider commercial impacts of different solutions or approaches
• Agile performer: Your capability to move fast with care through a dynamic environment ensures that you deliver exceptional quality without compromise
• Academic background: Qualifications in engineering, mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, physics, or a related discipline
