How you will make an impact?

As our HR Business Partner for our Joint Ventures, no two days will be the same. This role is perfect for someone who wants to roll up their sleeves and drive change and to build an AI-powered people strategy;

• Leadership advisory: Coach and advise leaders to build high-performing teams, lead change, and deliver our signature people processes.
• JV navigation: Navigating complex organisational dynamics across joint venture partnerships, to deliver creative people solutions and streamlined processes.
• AI-powered people initiatives: Design and deliver cutting-edge people initiatives that leverage AI and GenAI tools to enhance employee experience and drive data-driven decision making

The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team;

Practical experience you will bring:

• 5+ years HR generalist experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and ER experience
• Demonstrated experience using AI and GenAI tools to transform traditional HR practices
• Experience working in global and/or highly complex organisations
• Experience with a variety of HR technology platforms and people analytics capability
• Background in technology, consulting, or similarly fast-paced industries
