Quantium Health UK delivers AI, analytics, and digital consulting services and products to clients across Health, Life Sciences and HealthTech. Our purpose is to harness the power of data and drive improved outcomes for patients and clinicians.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join our Health practice in London and take end-to-end ownership of Quail, our AI-powered patient experience management tool, and related healthcare AI solutions. Working alongside industry experts within a supportive and growth-focused environment, you will leverage our established NHS relationships to drive product innovation and strategic growth.
How will you make an impact?
- Product strategy and innovation: Own the complete product strategy and roadmap for Quail and related healthcare AI solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives
- User-centred design: Lead product discovery and user research activities with NHS trusts and healthcare professionals to identify unmet needs and validate product concepts
- Technical collaboration: Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans
- Stakeholder management: Manage relationships with key NHS stakeholders, clinical champions, and technology decision-makers to inform product development
- Commercial leadership: Lead go-to-market activities including product positioning, pricing strategy, and launch planning for new features and solutions
The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:
- Product management expertise: 5+ years of product management experience within Healthcare / Health Tech
- Clinical experience: Experience working directly with healthcare professionals and understanding clinical decision-making processes
- Technical fluency: Technical understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics concepts to effectively collaborate with engineering teams
- Commercial acumen: Proven track record of launching and scaling technology products from conception to market success with experience in pricing strategy, market positioning, and go-to-market planning
- Leadership and collaboration: Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and experience leading cross-functional teams
