As a Lead, AI Client Solutions you'll drive the delivery of innovative AI solutions while developing key business development capabilities. This role combines hands-on delivery leadership with growing commercial responsibilities. You'll lead complex client engagements, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI solution engagements, working closely with client teams to solve their most pressing business challenges. This role requires strong technical understanding, exceptional client management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams while beginning to contribute to new business development activities. As a Lead, you will also play a key mentoring role for junior team members.

How You'll Create Impact

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI transformation projects, taking ownership of timelines, deliverables, and outcomes while working autonomously with minimal direction
• Drive the analysis, design, and implementation of AI solutions, ensuring positive impact through hands-on collaboration with clients
• Work directly with C-suite executives as a thought partner, translating business ambitions into actionable technical solutions that create sustainable results
• Navigate ambiguous, ever-changing client situations with intellectual curiosity and strategic thinking
• Shape project approach and methodology, balancing business impact with technical feasibility in complex organisational environments

Required Experience And Capabilities

• 6–8+ years of consulting experience with substantial exposure to digital transformation or AI advisory within top-tier consulting firms (MBB, Big 4 Strategy, or specialist strategy houses)
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science or related field
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation projects from inception through implementation
• Comfort working both collaboratively in teams and autonomously with little direction
• Strong business fluency in AI/ML concepts and their strategic applications - sufficient to engage credibly with both executives and technical teams
• Exceptional communication skills across strategic, commercial, and technical contexts
