How will you make an impact?

  • Strategic partnership: Work closely with senior leadership to shape and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with our ambitious AI roadmap
  • Hands-on delivery: Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical technical roles across AI/ML, data engineering, software engineering, and emerging technology domains
  • Talent advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, talent mapping, and insights that drive smart hiring decisions
  • Team development: Coach and mentor team members, building capability and sharing your expertise to uplift our TA function
  • Process innovation: Evolve our recruitment practices to attract and assess exceptional technical talent in a competitive and rapidly changing market

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:

  • Technical recruitment expertise: 6+ years of proven success recruiting for technical roles, with deep understanding of AI/ML, data engineering, software engineering, and emerging tech talent markets
  • Strategic mindset: Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to develop and execute talent strategies, not just fill roles
  • Delivery excellence: Track record of successfully closing challenging technical roles in competitive markets, with strong metrics to show for it
  • Stakeholder management: Ability to build credibility and trust with technical leaders, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and speed
  • Market insight: Deep knowledge of the ANZ technical talent landscape, with networks and relationships that give you an edge
  • Coaching capability: Experience mentoring or developing junior recruiters, with a genuine passion for building others' capabilities
  • Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift as our AI strategy evolves
  • Commercial acumen: Understanding of how talent acquisition drives business outcomes, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
