CommBank iQ is a joint venture between CommBank and Quantium that turns de-identified transaction data from 7M consumers into insights that help businesses stop guessing and start knowing their customers better.  

Our CommBank iQ Established Solutions squad delivers transaction data products to 100+ clients across Property, Consumer Brands, and Visitor Economy. You’ll maintain and enhance product solutions like Centre iQ, Market Monitor iQ, and Council iQ - products that turn raw transaction data into industry specific intelligence. Your work will fuel CommBank iQ's expansion - integrating cutting-edge datasets that unlock fresh insights and revenue opportunities. 

How will you make an impact?  

• Team leadership: Lead 1-2 Analysts day-to-day, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and to high standards. 

• Product delivery: Manage delivery timelines for monthly and quarterly product updates to 100+ clients, maintaining quality and consistency. 

• Data quality: Write and modify SQL and DBT pipelines that transform raw data into client-ready outputs. Validate outputs and ensure data accuracy.  

• Deliver bespoke analysis: Respond to ad-hoc client requests that need investigation or custom insights 

• AI-first innovation: Champion AI and automation to drive efficiency gains - for yourself, your team, and your clients. 

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team: 

• Technical skills: Strong Excel and SQL (Python and DBT are a bonus), with the ability to turn data into actionable insights 

• Analytical capability: 3-5 years analytics experience with confidence to guide junior analysts and manage workload. 

• AI mindset: Curiosity and capability to experiment with GenAI tools and implement automation. 

• Attention to detail: Rigorous approach to data quality and product accuracy. 

• Collaboration: Thrive in a high-performing team where everyone's contribution matters.
