About the role
We're looking for a Learning Designer to join our Product Enablement team in Sydney. This role sits at the heart of our mission to drive customer retention through increased product engagement, ensuring our clients get maximum value from Quantium's global suite of products.
As our Learning Designer, you'll be responsible for developing and managing world-class training collateral and knowledge resources that bring our products to life. From instructor-led courses to eLearning modules, videos, knowledge articles, in-app guides, and assessments – you'll create engaging materials that help our users master our product suite. Over time, you'll also step into delivering training directly to our clients, both online and face-to-face.
This is a role where your passion for learning meets cutting-edge technology. You'll leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and personalisation, continuously exploring innovative ways to improve training effectiveness and scalability. Working closely with Product Support, Product Development, Analytics, and Client Consulting teams across the world, you'll become a key contributor to shaping the future of our product offerings.
How will you make an impact?
- Develop and manage engaging, relevant training courses and supporting collateral, leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation and personalisation
- Build in-depth knowledge of our products to facilitate training to internal and external users through online delivery (across Australia and New Zealand) and face-to-face sessions, acting as an escalation point for the Product Support team
- Use product usage data and user feedback to define training interventions, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to bespoke client onboarding experiences
- Provide valuable user feedback to product teams to assist in guiding development priorities
- Identify gaps and optimise processes within the training function, exploring AI-enabled automation opportunities
The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:
- Learning and development background: 2+ years experience in training, learning and development, or product enablement fields, with experience in the development, delivery, and evaluation of adult learning solutions
- Communication excellence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable delivering technical training to highly skilled users
- AI and technology aptitude: Demonstrated desire to utilise AI in training program development and continuous improvement of workflows, with a passion to understand how things work and comfort with technical products
- Analytical and stakeholder management: Sound analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights, plus experience working with diverse internal and external groups
- Technical proficiency: Minimum intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Remember – you might not tick all the boxes, but don't let that stop you from applying. We're more interested in how you work, your ability to solve problems and think big.
What could your Quantium Experience look like?
Working at Quantium will allow you to challenge your imagination. You will get to solve complex problems using rigour, precision and by asking great questions – but it also means you can think big, outside the box and push your problem-solving skills to the max.
By joining the Quantium team, you'll get to:
- Forge your path: So many of our team have moved around different teams or offices. You'll be in the driver's seat, and we empower you to make your career your own.
- Find your kind: Embrace diversity and connect with your tribe (think foodies, dog lovers, readers, or runners).
- Make an impact: Leave your mark. Your contributions resonate, regardless of your role or rank.
On top of the Quantium Experience, you will enjoy a range of great benefits that go beyond the ordinary. Some of these include:
