As a company, we're "ALL IN on AI" so we're looking for a talented Senior Engineering Delivery Manager to drive delivery excellence across our Engineering teams during this pivotal AI revolution. This role sits at the heart of our engineering function, ensuring successful project outcomes through AI-powered planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Working closely with Engineering Managers and technical leads, you'll orchestrate delivery across consulting engagements, product development, and business-as-usual operations. By championing AI-driven delivery tools and leveraging predictive analytics for capacity planning, you'll transform how we execute projects and make intelligent resourcing decisions. How will you make an impact?

• Drive planning, roadmapping, and execution for Engineering squads, coordinating across Engineering Enablement and Retail Foundations teams to ensure seamless project outcomes

• Partner with Engineering Managers to optimise project execution and resource allocation using AI-powered predictive tools, transforming how we match capability to delivery needs

• Maintain comprehensive delivery reporting leveraging AI analytics platforms, providing intelligent insights that inform capacity planning and strategic resourcing decisions

• Develop strong relationships with Engineering teams and business stakeholders globally, understanding technical delivery requirements and facilitating smooth project execution

• Lead delivery retrospectives and resource prioritisation meetings that leverage our AI-first approach to enhance both project outcomes and team efficiency

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:

• Delivery management expertise: Proven experience in delivery management, programme coordination, or engineering project leadership, with the ability to balance competing priorities and drive successful outcomes
• Technical team understanding: Knowledge of engineering teams, agile delivery methodologies, and software development lifecycle, enabling effective coordination with technical stakeholders
• Technology and analytics proficiency: Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools, plus genuine enthusiasm for leveraging AI-powered solutions and predictive analytics—this tech/AI appetite is essential to thrive in this role and champion our AI-first delivery approach
• Stakeholder engagement: Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively across Engineering teams, business stakeholders, and delivery partners globally
• Resource optimisation mindset: Understanding of capacity planning and resource allocation principles, with enthusiasm for AI-driven workforce planning tools that balance delivery commitments with team wellbeing
