Join our growing Quantium Health UK team at an exciting time of expansion. We're currently seeking Data Scientists to work on immediate, high-impact projects with leading healthcare providers.

You'll be at the forefront of applying advanced analytics and machine learning to solve complex challenges, while working within Quantium's framework of ethical data practices. Our mission goes beyond individual projects – we're committed to driving positive change across the health sector through innovative data science solutions that drive measurable improvements.

How will you make an impact?

• Client Partnership: Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, working consultatively to understand their objectives and develop impactful solutions
• Technical & Commercial Execution: Deliver end-to-end analytics while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, from initial discovery through to visualisation and strategic recommendations 
• Advanced Analytics Development: Design and implement sophisticated data science and AI solutions that solve complex business problems
• Foster High Performance: Share your knowledge, coach and develop team members to further our collaborative and growth-oriented environment

The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team:

• Technical proficiency: 5+ years’ experience in a client focused environment, carrying out data analytics or data science work
• Advanced Technical Analytics Knowledge: Including data preparation, feature engineering, foundational analytics concepts, model development, and model training
• Consultative Approach: Experience building trusted relationships with stakeholders and gaining in depth understanding of their objectives
• Communication Skills: Excellence in presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Academic Background: Tertiary qualifications in engineering, mathematics, actuarial studies, statistics, physics, or a related discipline
