You'll be at the forefront of applying advanced analytics and machine learning to solve complex challenges, while working within Quantium's framework of ethical data practices. Our mission goes beyond individual projects – we're committed to driving positive change across the health sector through innovative data science solutions that drive measurable improvements.
How will you make an impact?
- Client Partnership: Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, working consultatively to understand their objectives and develop impactful solutions
- Technical & Commercial Execution: Deliver end-to-end analytics while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, from initial discovery through to visualisation and strategic recommendations
- Advanced Analytics Development: Design and implement sophisticated data science and AI solutions that solve complex business problems
- Foster High Performance: Share your knowledge, coach and develop team members to further our collaborative and growth-oriented environment
The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team:
- Technical proficiency: 5+ years’ experience in a client focused environment, carrying out data analytics or data science work
- Advanced Technical Analytics Knowledge: Including data preparation, feature engineering, foundational analytics concepts, model development, and model training
- Consultative Approach: Experience building trusted relationships with stakeholders and gaining in depth understanding of their objectives
- Communication Skills: Excellence in presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Academic Background: Tertiary qualifications in engineering, mathematics, actuarial studies, statistics, physics, or a related discipline
