As part of our leadership team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of retail analytics while helping our clients navigate the rapidly evolving retail landscape. You'll work with our global network of experts to bring best-in-class solutions to the US market and drive innovation in retail.

  • Lead our US Consumer team, driving the growth of our Q.Checkout platform and developing strong client partnerships that deliver measurable business value.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team that consistently exceeds client expectations and contributes to our collaborative culture.
  • Partner with analytics and business teams to develop innovative solutions that address our clients' most pressing challenges.
  • Drive significant revenue growth through new business development and existing client relationships.
  • Shape the future of retail analytics by identifying emerging opportunities and contributing to our product roadmap.

The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team:

  • Deep retail and CPG industry experience, including senior roles that demonstrate your expertise in using data analytics to drive business outcomes. You'll bring a robust network of senior industry relationships and understand how to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional business development track record, with proven ability to identify opportunities, create compelling solutions, and build long-term client partnerships that generate significant value. You thrive on exceeding targets and building sustainable business relationships.
  • Adept at managing complex, multi-stream engagements. You've successfully led diverse teams, mentored talent across different verticals, and have experience guiding cross functional teams
  • Strategic problem-solving mindset that combines commercial acumen with data-driven decision making. You're skilled at breaking down complex challenges and developing practical solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong educational foundation with a bachelor's degree (postgraduate qualifications are highly valued) combined with 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in senior client-facing roles.
  • Natural ability to influence and collaborate across all levels, from analysts to C-suite executives. You excel in matrix organizations and can build consensus while driving results through others.
  • Project management expertise that enables you to deliver complex initiatives on time and on budget while maintaining high quality standards and strong client relationships.
