We are looking for an Executive Assistant within our wiQ team. wiQ is a joint venture with Woolworths which will lead a data-driven transformation agenda for Woolworths and commercialise retail products globally. It's the hub that delivers advanced analytics back into Woolworths, focused on executing the roadmap of highly impactful, high-value projects and transforming the global retail industry through analytics at scale.
This role will support 3 team members, including the Group Executive Retail and two members of their Executive Leadership team, so you must be able to be self-led, balance priorities and think on your feet.
How will you make an impact?
- Organisational excellence: Maintain a high level of organisation, ensuring all tasks and schedules are managed efficiently..
- Complex coordination: Plan and arrange global meetings across time zones, including managing presentations, agendas, room bookings and catering needs.
- Team engagement: Team engagement: Coordinate company-wide meetings including Town Halls, strategy days and leadership forums. Track actions and distribute key updates.
- Team support: Arrange team events and recognition activities. Manage travel bookings, visa processing, expenses and purchase orders.
