Role summary 
 

As Executive Manager - Strategic Delivery, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale, complex strategic initiatives across Quantium's Technology and Delivery division, in collaboration with other key verticals and partnerships. This role combines strategic and commercial thinking with practical execution capabilities and technical understanding to drive meaningful impact for our clients and organization.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Quantium and our partner organizations to shape strategic initiatives (for example transformative improvement or automation initiatives leveraging AI), lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementation of business-critical programs. This includes establishing facilitating leadership thinking, governance frameworks, developing delivery roadmaps, and building high-performing teams to execute on strategic priorities.

How will you make an impact?
 

Strategic Leadership & Planning

• Identification and development of roadmaps for strategic initiatives and efficiency initiatives such as automation through AI, including development of business cases and quantification of benefits
• Provide strategic counsel to executive stakeholders on strategic opportunities, delivery approach, risk mitigation, and value realization
• Maintain deep understanding of industry trends (e.g. AI) and best practices in strategic program delivery
• Work closely with commercial teams to identify and capture new business opportunities

Program & Delivery Management

• Successful end-to-end delivery of roadmaps (planning, resourcing, successful execution, tracking of benefits delivery)
• Program Management support for key teams / Execs in Technology & Delivery
• Delivery leadership for new product or consulting / client initiatives
• Drive operational excellence in delivery methodology across large, complex programs
• Develop and implement efficiency initiatives with quantifiable benefits

Resource & Team Management

• Management of Technology & Delivery strategic resourcing including process, stakeholder engagement, quarterly resourcing planning
• Lead and develop high-performing teams, building strategic delivery capability across the organization
• Resolution of resourcing challenges based on supply and demand dynamics

Cultural Leadership

• Champion Quantium's values and culture throughout delivery teams
• Build and maintain strategic delivery capability across the organization
• Foster stakeholder engagement and effective communication across all levels

• 10+ years of experience in strategic program delivery, consulting, or similar roles
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation or strategic initiatives
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities combined with practical delivery experience
• Excellence in stakeholder management at executive and board level
• Deep experience in building and leading high-performing teams
• Strong commercial acumen and business development capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
• Experience working across multiple industries and delivery methodologies
