In this role, you'll develop and lead Quantium's internal communications strategy while managing our vibrant Sparq   employee   experience   program.   From   knowledge   sharing   initiatives   and   town   halls   to   change management and crisis communications, you'll play a pivotal role in how we engage and connect as an organisation.

How will you make an impact?

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Communications and partnering closely with leaders across Quantium, you'll support critical executive communications while partnering with our Events specialist to bring the Quantium culture to life through compelling internal experiences. You'll create and optimise content across our digital channels, including Confluence, Slack, and newsletters.

The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team:

• 5+ years of experience in internal communications and/or employee engagement
• A track record of successful internal communications strategies
• Creativity in approach to employee engagement
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong writing and project management skills
• Experience with physical and digital communication tools and platforms
