As Lead, AI Program Office, you'll sit at the heart of our biggest transformation yet.  This isn't your typical program management role, you'll be the person who connects the dots between ambitious AI strategies and real-world delivery, helping teams across Quantium fundamentally change how they work.

As AI Program Manager, you'll sit at the heart of our biggest transformation yet. You'll be the strategic facilitator who connects ambitious AI strategies with real-world delivery, helping client and internal teams across Quantium fundamentally change how they work. This role provides structure and governance to our fast-growing teams, working alongside experienced consultants and delivery leads to create frameworks and capacity that enable them to excel on major AI programs and client engagements.

How You'll Create Impact

• Facilitate the delivery of strategic AI initiatives, ensuring programs are executed on time, within scope, and deliver expected benefits 
• Support the fast-growing Client and partnerships teams by creating structure and visibility without being bureaucratic - establishing reporting and governance that actually adds value 
• Coordinate resource planning and capacity management, enabling client-facing teams to focus on delivery 
• Track and validate the tangible value of AI transformation initiatives 
• Partner with executives on coordination across complex programs 
• Foster cross-functional collaboration by building relationships across teams and connecting experts from different departments 
• Support the implementation of new AI-enabled operating models, collaboration approaches and go-to-market strategy across the AI division 
• Leverage AI tools to enhance program management capabilities with automated reporting and predictive analytics

Required Experience and Capabilities

• 5 - 8 years of program or project management experience, ideally with exposure to technology or transformation projects within complex organisations
• Experience in client-facing or consulting environments - you understand the dynamics and pressures of client delivery 
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across diverse teams, coordinating between technical teams, business stakeholders, and client-facing roles 
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing requirements - you thrive where scope and approach may shift based on client needs 
• This role requires identifying opportunities and demonstrating impact quickly in environments where teams may initially be sceptical about program support 
• Experience in organisational transformation and supporting teams through fundamental shifts in work patterns
