As Lead, AI Program Office, you'll sit at the heart of our biggest transformation yet.  This isn't your typical program management role, you'll be the person who connects the dots between ambitious AI strategies and real-world delivery, helping teams across Quantium fundamentally change how they work.

How You'll Create Impact

• Lead the delivery of strategic AI initiatives, ensuring programs are executed on time, within scope, and deliver expected benefits
• Develop and implement frameworks to track and validate the tangible value of AI transformation initiatives
• Support cross-functional collaboration by building relationships across teams and connecting experts from different departments to solve problems together
• Drive organisational transformation activities to support teams through fundamental shifts in how work is performed with AI, building trust and data fluency whilst helping overcome resistance to change
• Support the implementation of new AI-enabled operating models and collaboration approaches across Strategic Operations & Growth
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance program management capabilities, including automated reporting, predictive analytics for risk identification, intelligent resource allocation, and AI-powered insights to optimise program delivery and decision-making processes

Required Experience and Capabilities

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in complex organisations undergoing enterprise-wide digital and AI transformation
• Experience in AI, technology transformation, or data science environments
• Proven experience in benefits tracking and measurement frameworks, with ability to translate program outcomes into measurable business value
• Experience in organisational transformation and supporting teams through fundamental shifts in work patterns and human-AI collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement new ways of working and operating models that embed AI capabilities into core business processes and enable continuous value creation
• Experience with agile methodologies and modern program management frameworks
• Professional project/program management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) highly desirable
