As a Senior AI Client Solutions Consultant, you'll work with Australia's biggest companies to figure out how AI can transform their business. This is strategic advisory work where you'll spend time with senior executives defining AI vision, building transformation roadmaps, and driving enterprise-wide change that delivers real value. Unlike traditional consulting, you'll stay connected through implementation to make sure it actually works.

You'll lead discovery and value mapping initiatives, translate complex business ambitions into actionable plans, and guide cross-functional teams in bringing AI solutions to life. This position offers exceptional growth potential for strategic consultants

How You'll Create Impact

• Partner with boards and C-suite executives to define AI vision and digital transformation strategies for major Australian enterprises
• Develop comprehensive AI adoption roadmaps, from use case identification and prioritisation to business case development
• Lead value mapping and realisation initiatives to ensure measurable ROI from AI investment
• Design and orchestrate end-to-end transformation journeys, from strategy definition to scaled implementation
• Conduct executive discovery sessions to translate business ambition into actionable technical requirements
• Shape AI solutions and guide technical teams in developing and implementing the right approaches

Required Experience And Capabilities

• 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, or AI advisory within a top-tier consulting firm (MBB, Big 4 Strategy, or specialist strategy houses)
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science or related field
• Proven experience engaging with C-suite executives
• Experience in value realisation, business case development, and benefits tracking
• Track record of delivering large-scale transformations, with strong analytical capabilities and ability to work across technical and business domains
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing executive-level presentations and materials
