The Consumer team uses their deep domain expertise alongside our flagship products to facilitate the direct monetisation of retailer data with suppliers, helping drive better decision making for our Consumer clients across the UK.

How will you make an impact?

As a Consultant in the team, you will be providing insights and recommendations to key business questions around promotions, category, range, marketing, market trends, and overall strategy. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our early successes and the culture that we are creating as we break new ground in the UK.

Some things you’ll be working on:

  • Embedding Q.Checkout with your clients to further support data-led decision making
  • Creating tangible value for clients by working on their most important problems, understanding what great looks like for them, and measuring and communicating outcomes
  • Juggling multiple project requirements, including both completing the analysis work yourself and co-ordinating cross-functionally to bring the best of Quantium’s deep data science and AI capability to our clients
  • Contribute to a high-performing, learning-focused, positive and engaged culture

The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team:

  • Approximately 2-4 years of experience within a related role leveraging data to generate insights that solve business problems
  • Ideally, you will have experience working with or for a consumer / grocery retailer business in buying, sales, marketing, media, or an account management-related role
  • Knowledge and experience interpreting large quantitative data sets (e.g. customer and shopper data) and deriving relevant insights to solve commercial problems
  • A flair for relationship management, an analytical mind and a curiosity for understanding customer behaviour
