We're looking for an Executive Manager, Group Strategy & Transformation to build and run the engine that drives Quantium's AI transformation.

High autonomy. High variety. This role suits someone who thinks strategically and delivers operationally. You'll move between transformation governance, strategic problem-solving, execution across teams, and planning support — with the balance shifting based on what the business needs most.

How You'll Create Impact

• Lead the development and annual refresh of Group strategy - engaging with executives, synthesising complex topics into clear decisions, and preparing materials for the Board
• Build and run the transformation office that coordinates our 'All In on AI' strategy, designing governance that enables rather than constrains
• Drive group-wide strategic initiatives and support divisions to execute their own strategies
• Identify, prioritise, and execute strategic opportunities - including new partnerships and M&A
• Coordinate cross-organisational dependencies, operating horizontally and building momentum without relying on formal authority
• Track AI transformation progress honestly - adoption, capability development, value realisation

The Superpowers You'll Be Bringing To The Team

• Pragmatic execution: You translate strategy into action. You build things that work, ship 80% solutions when appropriate, and keep multiple programmes moving without losing sight of what matters.
• Strategic problem-solving: You think from first principles and bring structure to complex problems. Strong on analysis and financial modelling, and able to turn messy information into clear recommendations.
• Influence across boundaries: You get things done across business units without needing formal authority. You build trust quickly, tailor your approach to different stakeholders, and bring people along on complex change.
• Comfortable in ambiguity: You work well with shifting priorities and incomplete information. You see gaps and fill them without waiting to be asked, and you can run multiple objectives in parallel

Required Experience And Capabilities

• 2-4 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm at Engagement Manager, Project Leader, or Senior Manager level - OR equivalent experience as a Strategy Director or Transformation Lead in a complex organisation
• Demonstrated track record of driving strategic initiatives through to execution, not just recommendation
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with excellent Excel and PowerPoint capability
• Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes across multiple seniority levels
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification valued but not essential
• Genuine comfort operating without a detailed playbook
